Job Description
Our video production division specializes in creating all kinds of video materials like commercial work, explainer content, and motion graphics for sports events for clients across a range of industries. We are currently seeking a talented 2D animator (motion graphics designer) to join our team.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating captivating character animations for various promotional and explainer projects. The successful candidate will be working alongside a team of creative professionals, contributing their expertise and creativity to produce visually stunning and engaging content.
What You Will Do
Animate different shots according to 2D layout files/storyboards given, mostly in After Effects. Prepare illustrations and designs for 2D animation, including layers arrangement and rigging. Work closely with the Designer, Animation Director, and Creative Director to achieve the projects’ goals.
Requirements
Some experience in character animation. Some control of After Effects. Understanding of storytelling, character motives, and context. Punctuality, attention to detail, great understanding of body mechanics, physics, weight, and acting. Working closely with references to achieve a high level of production. Working efficiently and according to a structured pipeline (from blocking to polish). Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. Highly organized. High level of English and ability to express yourself. Self-driven, independent, problem solver.
Desirable Pluses
Illustration skills. Animatic skills. Some 3D experience. Davinci Resolve/Fusion knowledge. Basic knowledge in sound design.
