Job Responsibility
Game Art & Asset Creation
Game Art & Asset Creation
Design 2D/3D game assets including characters, backgrounds, props, UI elements, and icons. Create concept art and mood boards to establish visual direction for new games. Ensure all art aligns with the game’s tone, style, and target audience.
Real-Life Game Adaptation
Translate digital game visuals into real-world interactive experiences. Design decals, signage, and in-attraction visual guides to aid gameplay and immersion.
Technical Integration
Prepare assets for implementation into game engines or hardware (Unity, Unreal, etc.). Optimize artwork for performance and scalability without sacrificing visual quality.
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with game designers and programmers to ensure visual consistency and support gameplay mechanics. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to new projects.
Testing & Feedback
Refine and iterate on art based on team feedback and playtesting results. Assist in quality checks to ensure visuals function well in the actual attraction space.
Job Requirements
Has experience working on and releasing a completed game project from scratch. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing 2D/3D art and character/environment designs. Ability to adapt to different styles and create visuals that appeal to a wide audience.
