Job Responsibility

Concept Art And Design

Develop and refine concept art, character designs, and environment illustrations aligned with the game’s theme and style.

Produce storyboards, mood boards, and visual prototypes.

Asset Creation

Create polished 2D assets including characters, props, backgrounds, UI elements, and animations.

Ensure all assets meet technical and artistic requirements for game integration.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with game designers, programmers, and project managers to ensure visual elements align with gameplay and technical specifications.

Provide feedback and collaborate with external vendors or freelance artists when needed.

Art Direction

Define and maintain the visual style and quality standards for projects.

Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative solutions for design challenges.

Mentorship And Leadership

Guide and mentor junior artists, providing constructive feedback and professional development opportunities.

Review and approve the work of team members to ensure consistency and excellence.

Optimization And Technical Implementation

Ensure assets are optimized for performance across platforms without compromising quality.

Collaborate with developers to implement visual elements seamlessly into the game engine.

Research And Innovation

Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 2D art and game development.

Experiment with innovative approaches to enhance the visual appeal and player experience.

Job Requirements

5 years of experience creating art in the game industry.

Familiarity with creating 2D sprites, including animated sprites and particle effects.

Ability to create concept art quickly to convey ideas effectively.

Good understanding of shaders and textures.

Basic knowledge of Unity and the ability to implement art assets directly in the engine.
