Job Description
Ensure art quality meets expectations and stays consistent throughout development. Integrate graphical assets seamlessly into the game. Identify and report bugs to the Lead/Supervisor. Deliver artworks on time while maintaining quality standards. Execute assigned graphical tasks and master necessary tools. Contribute ideas, brainstorming, and brief creation. Collaborate with project teams, artists, and leads. Management & Reporting
Stay organized to meet project deadlines. Guide and train junior artists. Follow development guidelines and workflows. Report task progress to supervisors or producers.
Qualifications
Knowledge
Advanced proficiency in Photoshop. Background in traditional/digital arts, concept art, or equivalent. Strong grasp of art fundamentals (composition, lighting, color theory, anatomy, etc.). Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. Passion for video games and understanding of game development workflows. 2+ years of experience in the field.
Skills
Proficient in English communication (reading, writing, and responding to emails). Advanced skills in 2D art, including hand-drawing, digital painting, and illustration. Strong understanding of style guidelines, design processes, and creative workflows. Skilled in research, development, and problem-solving. Able to lead discussions, express ideas, provide feedback, and make decisions. Well-organized with strong time management and task-planning abilities. Works independently, follows briefs, and collaborates effectively.
Attitude
Committed to the team and company, with a strong work ethic to meet deadlines. Open to feedback, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving. Responsible, well-organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure. Team player with strong professional relationships and collaboration skills. Work Location and Hours
Work location 26 Ung Van Khiem, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. Work hours 0830 AM – 0600 PM, Monday – Friday.
