Use solid UV mapping or procedural texturing techniques
Deliver vertical (9:16) edits with powerful pacing and sound design
Collaborate with a team that lives and breathes high-retention storytelling
What We’re Looking For
Confident skills in Blender (or similar animation software)
Strong eye for timing, movement, and scene flow
Bonus: Experience with FluidLab or other sim-based plugins
Fast, feedback-driven workflow – you iterate like a pro
