Job Overview
We’re looking for an experienced 3D Artist to join our growing digital agency. You’ll play a key role in helping us build high-quality interactive 3D configurators for clients across various industries — from automotive and apparel to consumer products and more.
Role Collaboration
In this role, you’ll work closely with our project managers, developers, and other creatives to bring our clients’ ideas to life on the web.
Responsibilities
Create clean, optimized, and visually compelling 3D models for use in real-time web-based configurators. Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of 3D assets into our applications. Prepare textures, lighting, animations, and scene setups as needed. Maintain quality and performance standards for real-time rendering environments. Translate client briefs into functional and visually engaging 3D experiences.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a 3D Artist in a professional setting. Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D work (product-focused is a plus). Proficiency in tools such as Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or similar. Understanding of real-time rendering, mesh optimization, and WebGL workflows. Basic knowledge of how 3D models are used in web technologies (e.g., Three.js, glTF, etc.). Comfortable collaborating with developers and non-design team members. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
Experience working with web-based 3D tools like Three.js, Babylon.js, or Unity WebGL exports. Familiarity with setting up models for 3D configurators or product visualization tools. Previous agency or client-facing experience.
