Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Denpasar for a 3D Artist. The 3D Artist will be responsible for tasks such as Blender, Lighting, Texturing, Rigging, and 3D Modeling to create visually stunning architectural designs.
Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D visualizations for luxury villas, including interior and exterior renderings.
Model, texture, and render detailed architectural and design elements using 3ds Max, Corona Renderer/V-Ray.
Develop realistic materials, lighting setups, and compositions to ensure lifelike visuals.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate representations of designs.
Optimize 3D models for performance and presentation without sacrificing quality.
Work with Unreal Engine (optional) for interactive visualizations and real-time rendering.
Maintain a high standard of visual storytelling, bringing architectural concepts to life.
Requirements
Proficiency in 3ds Max (modeling, texturing, rendering) and either Corona Renderer or V-Ray.
Strong skills in Photoshop for post-processing and enhancing render quality.
Experience in architectural visualization, particularly in luxury residential projects.
Understanding of lighting, materials, and composition for high-end visuals.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, CAD files, and design concepts accurately.
Experience with Unreal Engine is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in parametric modeling (optional).
Knowledge of BIM workflows and integration with 3D visualization.
Previous experience working with high-end architecture firms or luxury real estate projects.
