Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating stunning 3D visuals and a solid understanding of design principles tailored to AR/VR/MR applications. You’ll work closely with our developers and designers to bring immersive worlds and interactive experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for AR/VR/MR projects. Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure cohesive visual storytelling. Optimize 3D assets for performance without sacrificing visual quality. Maintain consistency in style and quality across all projects. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D design and XR technologies. Assist in prototyping and visualizing concepts for new XR experiences. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to 3D asset integration in XR environments. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Animation, Game Art, or a related field. Proven experience as a 3D artist with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D models, textures, and animations. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply. Proficient in 3D modeling/ animation software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar tools. Strong skills in texturing, UV mapping, and material creation. Understanding of animation, lighting, shading, and rendering techniques. Experience with Unity 3D or Unreal Engine for game asset integration. Strong attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
– Expert in Blender for 3D modeling and animation. – Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Canva. – Familiarity with AI-driven design tools is an advantage. – Portfolio of completed XR projects or relevant interactive game works. – Good interpersonal and communication skills. – Strong verbal and written communication in English, other languages are bonuses. – Work Independently and willing to travel. Possess own transportation.
