3D Ballroom Model

Job Description

I’m looking for someone who can very quickly model a ballroom for me—ideally with a 16-18-hour turnaround.

Requirements

Unfortunately, I don’t have the exact floorplan or dimensions, so you’ll likely need to use camera matching or any other technique you prefer to estimate the scale. You can also use a measure feature on the virtual tour website. The model should be pretty accurate in terms of layout, moldings, doors, and openings. That said, we’re not aiming for extreme detail—feel free to skip elements like exit signs, outlets, etc.

Exclusions

No need to model the chandeliers—I’ll take care of those myself.

Compensation

If you can take this on and need to charge a higher rate for the fast turnaround, please let me know.
