Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our production and creative team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and visualizing immersive environments for our conferences and exhibitions — including stage designs, exhibition booths, experiential zones, and venue layouts. This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for design, a flair for spatial creativity, and experience in the events or exhibitions space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and render 3D concepts for event spaces, exhibition stands, stages, lounges, and branded installations
• Collaborate with event producers and creative directors to develop visual proposals that align with event themes and objectives
• Create technical drawings and floor plans for production and fabrication teams
• Translate client briefs into innovative, functional, and visually striking 3D designs
• Work closely with suppliers, builders, and fabricators to ensure feasibility and accuracy of designs
• Deliver photorealistic renders, mood boards, and walkthroughs to support pitches and client presentations
• Stay up to date on materials, lighting, tech integrations, and design trends in events and spatial design
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in 3D design, preferably in events, exhibitions, architecture, or experiential design
• Proficiency in 3D design and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or Blender
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to create both conceptual visuals and technical production drawings
• Solid understanding of spatial planning, scale, materials, and fabrication processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus Points For:
• Experience with AR/VR visualizations or interactive walkthroughs
• Background in architecture, interior design, or stage/set design
• Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Vectorworks)
• Understanding of lighting design and A/V integration
