Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our events team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and rendering compelling 3D visuals and environments for a variety of live events, exhibitions, product launches, brand activations, and immersive experiences. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of spatial design and event flow.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for event concepts, stage designs, and exhibition booths. Develop mood boards, design concepts, and sketches in collaboration with the creative and production teams. Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into engaging spatial designs. Work closely with production and technical teams to ensure designs are feasible and within budget. Prepare detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software. Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch presentations. Make design revisions based on client feedback and internal review. Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies in the events industry.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 2+ years of experience in event design or a similar role. Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Blender). Experience with rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, KeyShot, etc.). Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Ability to read and create technical drawings and floor plans. Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills. Portfolio showcasing relevant 3D event or spatial design work is required.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event design. Basic animation or motion graphics experience is a plus. Understanding of fabrication and materials used in event production.
