Job Description

I'm looking for a skilled 3D designer to create high-quality STL files for 3D printing. This project is a special gift for a friend, inspired by items from a specific game. You will be provided with screenshots and reference images of in-game items, and your task will be to transform them into detailed, printable 3D models.

Test Project

We’ll start with one weapon and one accessory as a test project. If the results are great, there will be more items to design. The models need to be accurate to the references, optimized for 3D printing, and delivered as STL files.

What I’m Looking For

Experience with designing 3D models for 3D printing (STL format). Strong attention to detail and ability to recreate complex designs. Good understanding of how to make models print-ready (e.g., correct scale, no non-manifold geometry, optimized support structures if necessary). Strong communication skills and ability to ask questions for clarity.

Deliverables

1 weapon model and 1 accessory in STL format, ready for 3D printing. Models that closely match the provided game references in design and scale.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in designing game-related 3D models. Knowledge of 3D printing constraints and best practices. Familiarity with modeling weapons and accessories.

Budget and Timeline
