Responsibilities
Design and create believable, engaging, and visually appealing environments and environment assets that resonate with our audience. Deliver production-ready content on time and to specification, including full environments, kit pieces, props, and their variants. Provide support and work closely with external vendors, offering constructive feedback on the technical and artistic aspects of their models and textures.
Minimum Requirements
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to accept and provide constructive feedback. A portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in environment creation and design, showcasing both artistic skills (the art) and technical delivery (the craft) of assets for runtime systems. Practical experience with setting up environment scenes and understanding the sub-object quality process, including delivering these assets to game engines while identifying and resolving any content-related bugs. Highly proficient in industry-standard software packages such as Maya, ZBrush, Substance, and commercial game engines. Exceptional artistic judgment and a solid understanding of form, mood, lighting, and composition, with the ability to adapt to and follow established art direction. Solid understanding of low-poly asset creation methods for real-time platforms, such as mobile and VR.

Previous experience working with external contributors or outsourcers, managing asset feedback, and ensuring quality. Ability to add simple environmental animation and FX to scenes, enhancing the atmosphere and interactivity of the environments.
