Planned Renovations

We will be adding a complete bathroom to the upstairs of the property. The Arc opening from the living room leading into the kitchen needs to be squared to add a door. Driveway will be repaired.

Delivery Requirements

Material lists & 3D rendering of the below: BEFORE & AFTER (agreed with the contractor)

Ground Floor

Living room, Open area leading upstairs, Create 4th bedroom – A room will be boxed on the left by the stair, Kitchen will be upgraded, Bathroom will be upgraded

Third Floor

Bath (NEW), Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3 (this will be boxed in, currently open)
