Job Overview

I am seeking an experienced 3D visualization artist to create photorealistic exterior renderings of a new construction home in Alexandria, VA. I have complete architectural elevation drawings (front and both sides) ready to go.

Project Requirements

Create photorealistic 3D renderings of the exterior with appropriate modern finishes. Focus on front elevation view, with potential additional views. Incorporate materials and finishes that would be appropriate for an upscale Alexandria neighborhood.

Work Details

Work from provided 2D elevation drawings (front, left, and right elevations available). Provide 2-3 material/finish options for review.

Deliverables

High-resolution photorealistic renders (minimum 4K resolution). Option to revise materials/finishes based on one round of feedback. Final files in both high-res JPG and source files.

Required Skills

Proven experience with architectural visualization. Expert knowledge of 3D modeling software (3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar). Strong understanding of modern residential architecture and materials. Portfolio showing similar residential projects. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Timeline

Project to be completed within 2 weeks. Regular updates on progress.
