Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a 3D Store Designer. In the Retail industry, this position holds the responsibility of designing 3D store environments using 3D Studio Max, managing floorplans for new and remodel stores, and creating 3D visualizations for presentations.
Responsibilities
Utilize 3D Studio Max to accurately create assigned 3D store environments and new prototypes.
Develop and manage project-specific floorplans for both new and remodeled stores.
Facilitate the creation and implementation of specialty fixture designs.
Construct 3D visualizations and finished compositions for presentation to various stakeholders.
Prepare proposed sites with accurate footprints of fixtures, signage, and paint finishes prior to acquisition.
Create exterior renders for signage and permit acquisition, coordinating with store designers for proper fixture implementation.
Deliver planogram visualization for brand acquisition.
Generate 3D visualizations and CAD elevations of remodel stores using various information sources.
Maintain and update the existing fixture catalog as required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a 3D Modeler in the retail industry
Proficiency in 3D Animation and 3D Modeling
Expertise in 3D Rendering techniques
Experience with 3D Studio Max software
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud suite
Demonstrable skills in 3D Design and Animation
Knowledge of BI visualization tools
Ability to contribute to brand awareness initiatives
Portfolio of completed 3D projects in the retail sector
