2D/3D Animator & Motion Graphics Designer

Work Hours

10 AM to 7 PM, 6 days a week

Job Responsibilities

• Develop quality 2D and 3D animations for digital campaigns, educational content, and promotional materials.
• Conceptualize and produce engaging motion graphics that enhance storytelling and brand messaging.
• Create storyboards that effectively communicate the script and narrative for each project.
• Collaborate with the marketing and graphics teams to design creative assets for social media, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
• Transform web briefs, messaging concepts, and marketing campaigns into visually captivating animated content.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive visual identity.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in animation and motion graphics.
• Work closely with developers and designers to ensure seamless integration of animations into digital platforms.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in animation, motion graphic design, and video editing.
• Strong expertise in 2D/3D animation with an eye for dynamic storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • Adobe Animate (for 2D animation)
  • Adobe After Effects (for motion graphics and compositing)
  • Adobe Premiere Pro (for video editing)
  • Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (for designing visual assets)
  • Adobe Audition (for basic audio editing)
• Experience with Lottie animations, GIF creation, and AI-powered animation tools.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, rigging, and character animation.
• Ability to conceptualize ideas and translate them into engaging animations.
• Strong grasp of motion graphics techniques including typography, kinetic text, and infographics.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
