Requirements

📌 8+ years of animation experience (feature films, VFX, TV, or games).
📌 Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, timing, and appeal.
📌 Proficiency in Maya or equivalent 3D animation software.
📌 Strong communication skills, teamwork, and openness to feedback.
📌 Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to new workflows and tools.
📌 Availability for on-site work, Monday to Friday, during office hours.

Nice to have

📌 Experience with crowd or background character animation.
📌 Knowledge of technical and aesthetic animation fixes (intersections, cloth, pops, eyelines).
📌 Experience in 3D feature films or other complex projects.
📌 Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

📌 Bring characters and stories to life through compelling, believable animation.
📌 Create animation cycles for crowd simulations and background characters.
📌 Perform technical and aesthetic fixes to maintain visual quality.
📌 Participate in animation reviews, propose solutions, and help raise overall standards.
📌 Work within the animation pipeline, preparing shots for submission and final delivery.
📌 Meet production deadlines while collaborating closely with the team.
