ROLE SUMMARY
To bring the company vision to life by creating great moments for everyone every day using a variety of skills and techniques, to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the company’s sales and reputation and to ensure the smooth functioning of Admissions, tours and assistance to the ticketing Department when needed.
ROLE PROFILE
Create Great Moments for Every Guest, Every Day. Collaborate with the party room team and work closely with them to organize and perform engagement shows and activities for birthday parties, camps, and other special events. Assist guests with information, directions, and any other requests to ensure their needs are met and their experience is seamless. Supervising the kids during Birthday parties & camps. Approach every task with enthusiasm, patience, and a commitment to ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for children and their accompanying guests. Act as an up seller when required, suggesting relevant products or services that enhance the guest experience. Coordinating event activities including camps.
REQUIREMENTS
Should at least have a Higher Secondary qualification. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Entertainment. Being flexible in shift (peak/off peak period). Caring for everyone’s experience and memories. Must be outgoing and personable. Customer service focused.
