What You’ll Do
Execute high-quality 2D animations, optimizing for performance and automation. Identify workflow inefficiencies and refine animation processes. Test AI-assisted animation workflows and document findings. Troubleshoot animation integration and ensure seamless export settings. Work with developers and artists to align assets for production. Maintain structured documentation for workflows, automation, and optimizations.
Who You Are
Structured, process-driven, and detail-oriented. Open to feedback and eager to refine workflows. Comfortable with AI-assisted tools and automation methodologies. A problem-solver who anticipates challenges and proactively addresses them. Passionate about animation and optimizing production pipelines.
What You Know
2+ years of experience in 2D animation, preferably in gaming or iGaming. Proficiency in animation software like Spine, Adobe Animate, or After Effects, Photoshop. Understanding of animation performance optimization and export settings. Familiarity with structured workflows, naming conventions, and asset management. Experience collaborating with developers, artists, and QA teams. Strong organizational skills for documentation and workflow improvements.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with AI-assisted animation and automation workflows. Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript) for automation support. Experience integrating animations into game engines like Unity.
