Job Overview
We’re looking for a 2D animator skilled in Adobe After Effects to join our team on a long-term basis. Our monthly budget is $800, and we’ll need 4-5 smaller animations for 2 videos we put out each week. Each animation will typically require 2–3 hours to produce (though quantity and complexity may vary depending on video requirements).

Project Scope
Turnaround time: 2–3 days per animation (sometimes shorter on urgent tasks). We will supply voice-overs/script; you will design and animate around them. You will receive a general direction or script, but creative control is largely up to you.
Deliverables
After Effects source files + MP4 exports for our editor. Communication is primarily via Slack. This position is intended to be long-term if we find a great fit.

What We’re Looking For
Proficient in After Effects with 2D/vector animation skills. Strong graphic design sensibility and creative flair. Experience creating short infographic animations. Ability to collaborate but also work independently to generate engaging ideas. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast turnaround.
