Company Overview
Redux.games is looking for an experienced Art Lead / 3D Generalist with a strong technical background in Tech Art to manage our art team (2D, 3D, Tech Art, UI/UX). We are the creators of My Perfect Hotel, a mobile game that has been in the top charts worldwide for two years and has over 180 million players.
What You Will Do
• Lead and organize the art team (2D, 3D, UI/UX, Tech Art, Animation, VFX) • Create and develop the game’s visual style • Design key visual elements and add them to the game • Collaborate with game designers and tech artists to ensure visuals align with gameplay and technical constraints • Prepare 3D assets and integrate them into Unity • Create and improve shaders and visual effects • Optimize graphics and ensure they run smoothly • Assist artists with integrating their work into the game engine • Troubleshoot technical issues related to visuals • Streamline and improve game graphics pipelines and processes • Plan tasks, distribute workload, and maintain high-quality standards • Mentor and support the team’s professional growth • Contribute to decisions regarding the game’s art direction • Maintain documentation on art processes and key features
What You Need
• 2+ years of experience leading an art team • 3+ years of experience as a 3D Generalist • Experience working with Unity • Knowledge of shaders (HLSL, Shader Graph) • Familiarity with Git (SourceTree) • Experience in concept art, UI/UX, VFX, texturing, and character creation • Strong skills in Maya, Blender, Substance, and Photoshop • Ability to optimize graphics for games • Understanding of art creation from start to finish • Interest in gaming trends and a passion for creating innovative visual solutions • Strong task management and organizational skills Please note: We are looking for candidates who are native Russian speakers.
It Would Be a Plus If You Know
• Python or other scripting languages for automation (C#)
