Job Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for an artist based in the South West to design and deliver an artwork with a group of young ‘Art Activitst’ young people. The artist will have experience creating visually captivating artworks for public spaces, as well as working with people.
Project Goal
We are keen to receive proposals that explore creative approaches that engage with the surrounding context, focusing on activating, and linking public spaces through imaginative visual artwork(s) that inspire curiosity and bring joy. The aim of this commission is to create lasting cultural, social, and physical artwork(s) that will enrich the urban environment and benefit the local community.
Compensation
Artist fee: £5500k (equivalent to 22 days @ £250 per day)

The Big Wall commission is funded by Big Local, supported by Big Worle, and Weston super Mare Town Council, and produced by Super Culture.
