Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages with a warm, welcoming demeanor. Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout your shift to ensure a pleasant experience for our guests. Adhere to established pouring techniques to ensure consistency and quality in beverage preparation. Assist guests and team members as needed, demonstrating a collaborative and helpful spirit. Embrace versatility by engaging in various tasks to support the team and enhance guest satisfaction.
Required Skills
1-2 years of experience in a coffee shop or barista role is preferred. Familiarity with hospitality POS systems is advantageous. Previous experience handling cash transactions is preferred. Demonstrated strong work ethic and dedication to both team collaboration and guest satisfaction. Ability to function independently as well as part of a cohesive team. Commitment to safety and high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to excellence. Strong communication skills, with an eagerness to propose ideas and solutions.
