About You
Whether you’re just getting started or building on early experience, you’re: A creative all-rounder with a strong sense of visual storytelling and appeal Eager to contribute to the design and development of fun, character-driven animated content Excited to learn from experienced industry professionals and grow your skills Comfortable working collaboratively and open to feedback Organised, proactive, and enthusiastic about the animation process Looking to contribute more to the look and feel of Film and TV shows instead of being a cog in a large production Comfortable to work in a collaborative environment and open to Feedback Broad knowledge of Industry practices and trends.
Your Skills & Experience
A portfolio showcasing versatility in concept development—characters, environments, props, and colour Solid grasp of design principles, composition, and shape language Proficiency in digital art tools such as Photoshop or Procreate Interest in working within a professional animation pipeline and designing with production in mind Experience in 3D programs such as Maya, Blender, Nomad or Zbrush is a plus
