Job Overview

Responsibilities
Oversee the artistic style of game projects, including concept art and UI design. Provide overall artistic direction to the development team to enhance game visuals. Educate the team on western art and culture to ensure market alignment. Identify and address any discrepancies in art style or cultural relevance. Collaborate with the team to expand the market potential of ongoing projects. Maintain long-term, positive relationships with development teams to ensure seamless artistic collaboration.
Requirements
Deep understanding of video game market trends and visual design. Expertise in art direction, concept art, and setting visual standards for games. Experience in full-cycle game development with a focus on casual games. Familiarity with development team functions and workflows. Some experience in optimizing production pipelines and collaborative workflows.
