Role Overview
As an Editor/Motion Graphic Artist at Neon Canvas, you will play a pivotal role in bringing stories and brands to life. Your expertise in video editing and motion graphics will be essential in producing high-quality content for interviews, events, trailers, social media, and promotional videos. This role demands a blend of creativity, technical skill, and collaborative spirit.
Roles & Responsibilities
Video Editing: Efficiently organize and manage media and project files. Sync audio and video elements to create seamless narratives. Perform color correction and audio mastering to enhance overall quality. Develop engaging narratives that effectively communicate our clients’ services and benefits.
Motion Graphics and Graphic Design: Design and animate 2D graphics, including logo animations, intros/outros, lower thirds, and explainer videos. Create motion graphic templates for use by other editors. Ensure graphics are optimized for various platforms, maintaining brand consistency.
Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with videographers, editors, and other team members throughout different stages of production. Juggle multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics design. Strong visual design skills, including an eye for good typography, composition, and use of color. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating both creativity and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
