Job Role
A 2D animator is needed to create a series of informative and accessible videos for a 12-week digital program supporting women in perimenopause and menopause. Each week will feature a different life skill—such as nutrition, physical activity, or mental wellness—and will be accompanied by a 10–15 minute animated video that visually illustrates key concepts explained by professional narrators in each respective field. In addition to these 12 educational videos, the role may include developing an introductory video to the program and a closing summary video. The ideal candidate will work remotely and collaborate closely with the content team to ensure each video is visually engaging, informative, and aligned with the supportive tone of the platform.
Requirements
Proven experience in 2D animation for educational or health-related content. Ability to create animations that clearly and creatively illustrate complex ideas. Strong skills in motion design, visual storytelling, and character-based animation. Proficiency in software such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and other animation tools. Comfortable working with pre-recorded voiceovers from subject matter experts. Reliable availability to complete a multi-video project on schedule. Strong communication skills and collaborative approach to feedback and iteration. Familiarity with health, wellness, or behavioral education topics is a plus. Remote work capability with a stable workflow and timely delivery.
