Job Overview
LOOKING FOR A FREELANCER WHO CAN START TODAY! In this role, you’ll translate complex real estate concepts into compelling visual assets, including detailed architectural renderings, floor plans, and site plans. You’ll collaborate with marketing and sales teams on conceptual development, maintain brand consistency, and work closely with clients to understand and fulfill their specific needs.
Responsibilities
Property Visualization: Create accurate architectural illustrations, floor plans, site plans, and 3D renderings.Conceptual Development: Collaborate on visualizing creative ideas for property listings and branding.Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines.Client Collaboration: Understand client needs and deliver tailored illustrations.Technical Proficiency: Expertly utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Project Management: Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Industry Knowledge: Stay current with real estate marketing and digital illustration trends.Revision and Feedback: Incorporate feedback to refine and finalize illustrations.
Requirements
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of illustration styles and techniques, with a focus on real estate-related projects.Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Blender) is a plus.Knowledge of CAD software.Experience in creating virtual tours or interactive property visualizations.
