Qualifications
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts Design, Information Technology or equivalent. At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field, although fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they already have a portfolio of previous projects. Proficient in graphic design software and multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Sketch, and similar programs. A broad understanding of websites, apps, social media and marketing design layout. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics. Amenable to work in Taguig/Mandaluyong/Alabang, in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule.

Creativity: Ability to generate original ideas and concepts and translate them into visually compelling designs or multimedia content. Attention to Detail: Being meticulous and precise in creating and editing visual elements to ensure accuracy and quality. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements, design trends, or client preferences. Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify challenges in a design brief or project scope and devise creative solutions to overcome them.
Other Skills
Passionate about arts and design. Enthusiasm for the creative process and a genuine interest in staying abreast of design trends, techniques, and technologies. Enjoy working with others, but is also perfectly happy to work alone (as this is a WFH/Hybrid position) Good time management and can handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimum supervision.
