Objectives of this Role
Work on diverse projects across various media, developing innovative graphic designs that meet business goals. Obtain input from managers to ensure designs align with organizational standards and brand expectations. Express ideas accurately and represent the market trends company or client appropriately. Balance independent work with team collaboration to meet deadlines within budget. Maintain and update internal design databases and resources.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with multiple teams and clients on a wide range of materials including web pages, presentations, program collateral, signage, motion graphics and marketing materials. Translate strategic direction into high-quality designs within established brand identity. Develop concepts by hand or with software, determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout. Manage the design and uploading process for project materials using best practices. Apply trend intelligence and market knowledge when designing for specific classifications.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of Graphic Design, VFX, or Motion Design experience. Proficiency with design software including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems is an advantage. A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
