Bizthom is about to launch its all-access Business-Builders Membership (courses + Factory community + Boost execution credits). The difference between a launch that is a “banger” and one that does not live up to expectations? Eye-grabbing graphics and slick motion that turn ideas into instant “aha!” moments.

No designer on staff: Writers write, editors cut, but nobody owns brand-level visuals.
Courses need motion: Lower-thirds, animated diagrams and caption styling lift learner engagement.
Ads are fatigued: Facebook and Instagram creative needs fresh motion hooks since yesterday.
If you can turn raw ideas into social-native reels, kinetic webinar slides and sleek course graphics, you’ll put fuel in every funnel Bizthom runs this year.
What you’ll handle —and why it matters
Design social creatives – carousels, quote cards, reel covers (aim for 5-10 pieces a week).→ Keeps Bizthom top-of-feed and funnels new eyeballs into our webinars.
Animate motion graphics – lower-thirds, kinetic text, logo bumpers, quick hooks.→ Turns talking-head lessons and ads into premium, binge-worthy content.
Own launch visuals – webinar decks, sales-page graphics, offer stacks.→ Makes our value pop so viewers click “join.”
Create course job-aids – fillable PDFs, cheat sheets, printable infographics.→ Learners grasp concepts faster and stick around longer.
Guard the brand – update templates, polish the style guide, keep assets neatly filed in Drive.→ Every future creative stays on-brand without re-inventing the wheel.
Must-Have Skills
Portfolio that shows short-form motion for social (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Adobe CC (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar; Canva/Figma friendly.
Strong eye for typography, colour and composition that sells, not just looks pretty.
Fast worker: first draft in 72 h or less, average ≤ 1 revision loop.
Bonus points: basic video-editing chops, past work on online courses or SaaS, savvy with Meta/TikTok ad specs.
