Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled architectural designer to transform vintage 1977 house plans into modern, editable 2D and 3D floor plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit. Our home is located in Switzerland and features 8.5 rooms, a total living space of 201 m², and a plot size of 935 m².
Project Requirements
Accurate digitization of existing floor plans (scanned PDFs) with precise room dimensions and clear labels. Modernization of layouts for renovation purposes while keeping the structural integrity intact. Integration of our comments and modifications into the design. A 3D rendering of the property, including a transformation of our bird's-eye view of the garden into a visualized landscape design.
Ideal Candidate
Experienced in architectural renovation projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit. Skilled in 2D drafting and 3D visualization. Detail-oriented and familiar with working from legacy designs.
Deliverables
Editable 2D floor plans with precise measurements. 3D visualizations of interior and exterior. Garden rendering based on the aerial view.
