Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Illustrator at Don Nicholson Enterprises, LLC. The Illustrator will be responsible for creating digital illustrations, drawings, graphics, graphic design, and paintings on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
Illustration & Design
Create custom illustrations for digital and print materials, including event promotions, branding assets, and social media content.
Develop unique and engaging character designs, scenic illustrations, and detailed compositions.
Ensure consistency with company branding, color schemes, and style guidelines.
Collaboration & Feedback
Work closely with graphic designers, marketing teams, and event coordinators to develop visually compelling content.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to align illustrations with company objectives.
Modify and refine illustrations based on feedback from team members.
Project Management
Manage multiple illustration projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Keep files organized and ready for both digital and print formats.
Stay updated with design trends and industry standards to enhance creative output.
Print & Digital Adaptation
Design artwork that can be used across various platforms, including websites, merchandise, event banners, and social media.
Ensure all files are properly formatted for high-quality printing and digital display.
Continuous Learning & Improvement
Stay current with illustration trends, tools, and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
Research industry best practices to keep designs innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
Digital Illustration and Drawing skills
Graphics and Graphic Design skills
Painting skills
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Ability to work creatively and independently
Strong attention to detail
Experience in the creative arts industry preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Illustration, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
