About the Role
Mind the Ad is growing — and we’re on the lookout for a Junior Motion Designer who’s ready to jump into exciting projects with fresh energy, design flair, and a good sense of timing (both literally and creatively). As part of our creative team, you’ll help bring to life campaigns for top-tier brands in tourism, hospitality, FMCG, and beyond. You’ll work closely with art directors, copywriters, and account management to craft animations, product explainers, reels, and digital visuals that move — and move people.
What You’ll Do
Design and animate engaging motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, and branded content. Collaborate on storyboarding, editing, and animation for short-form video content. Support the design team with visual assets, transitions, and typographic motion. Take feedback constructively and deliver on time across multiple projects.
What You Bring
1–2 years of experience (or a strong portfolio) in motion design or animation. Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Understanding of key design principles, timing, and storytelling. Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop. Attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and creative curiosity.
