About the Role
Timeleft is scaling fast across 60+ countries, and we are looking for a Marketing Video Artist to take our paid acquisition creatives to the next level. This role will focus on producing high-performing video ads for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads while also managing our UGC creator network. Your mission is to create, test, and optimize video ads that drive performance, ensuring every creative is backed by data insights and audience behavior analysis. You will work closely with the Growth & Performance team to iterate on winning concepts and continuously improve our creative strategy. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with a data-driven mindset, thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment, and understands the power of video to drive engagement and conversions.

Timeleft is scaling rapidly, and creative performance is one of the key drivers of our growth. Our acquisition strategy relies heavily on high-quality, engaging video ads that convert at scale. The Marketing Video Artist will need to: Develop ad creatives that align with data-driven performance goals while keeping our brand strong. Balance quality & volume, ensuring a steady stream of optimized creatives across all acquisition channels. Manage and direct UGC creators, ensuring the right content is produced for maximum impact. Work at the intersection of creative & performance marketing, analyzing ad metrics and iterating based on what works. Optimize workflows and tools, finding efficiencies in video production without sacrificing quality.
Responsibilities
1. Video Ad Creation & Optimization Produce high-performing video ads for paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.). Test and iterate on creative concepts to improve CTR, ROAS, and CPA. Stay ahead of trends, researching best-performing ad formats in mobile apps. Implement motion graphics, animations, and storytelling techniques to enhance engagement.
2. UGC & Content Creator Management Identify, onboard, and manage content creators for UGC campaigns. Direct and guide creators to ensure they produce authentic, high-quality content that aligns with our brand. Edit, optimize, and repurpose UGC into high-performing ad creatives.
3. Data-Driven Creative Strategy Analyze creative performance metrics to iterate and optimize video ads. Work with the Growth & Performance team to test different creative angles and messaging. Use competitor analysis and market research to inform creative decisions.
4. Process & Workflow Optimization Establish efficient video production workflows to scale creative output without compromising quality. Ensure seamless collaboration with the Growth team and other marketing stakeholders. Manage creative asset libraries and ensure structured organization of ad variations and iterations.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or content creation. Proven experience in paid acquisition marketing, with a deep understanding of performance-driven ad creation. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) β Bonus: Experience with 3D, animation, or Unity. Highly analytical and data-driven, able to track ad performance and optimize creatives accordingly. Experience working with UGC creators & influencers, knowing how to direct and optimize their content for ads. Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
