Position Overview
We seek a talented 2D Environment Artist to join our team and create outstanding locations, environments, and illustrations for visual novels like Outer Banks or Sweet Magnolias.
Responsibilities
Produce backgrounds, illustrations, and assets for visual novel gamesPrecise work in a given styleWork closely with the art team under the defined art direction Produce work with minimal supervision, in an efficient and timely manner to maintain production schedules
Requirements
2-3+ years of industry experienceExcellent understanding of PhotoshopAbility to create highly polished game assets and marketing materialsStrong knowledge of color theory, composition, perspective, and lightingExcellent communication skills, ability to interact with team members of different disciplinesAbility to take direction and accept critical review of your workExcellent portfolio with illustrations and concept artBasic knowledge of Blender
