Overview
The creative team is seeking a skilled and collaborative Motion Designer to support a high-profile app project. You’ll be responsible for crafting dynamic motion content that enhances user experiences while working closely with design, engineering, and product teams.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop motion graphics and animations for in-app content and promotional media
Partner with UX/UI designers to deliver user-centered animations
Collaborate across teams to maintain visual and functional consistency
Help define animation processes and best practices
Contribute to brainstorming, storyboarding, prototyping, and editing
Explore and recommend new tools or techniques to improve efficiency
Skills
3–5 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or video production
Deep knowledge of UX/UI animation and interaction principles
Proficiency in After Effects, including use of plugins and compositing
Strong storytelling, editing, and typography skills
Familiarity with creative production workflows and asset organization
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving
