Who we’re looking for
Enosta is looking for a Motion Graphic Design Intern with a strong interest in Motion Design. We’re seeking someone with a solid foundation in graphic design, a curious mindset, and the ability to stay up to date with international design trends. You’ll work closely with our creative team to develop visual content aimed at international markets.
Job duties and responsibilities
Conduct research to understand customer needs, target audiences, and industry trends. Support the creation of basic motion graphic assets (short animations, social videos, reels, gifs, etc.). Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas, including moodboards, guidelines, and presentations. Learn and work with industry-standard design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite). Stay updated on the latest design and motion trends and techniques.
Job requirements and qualifications
Must have skills: Current final-year student, or recent graduate in Graphic Design, or a related field. Experience with Motion Design projects is a plus. Proficient in at least one design tool such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic After Effects). Basic knowledge of motion design and a strong passion for animation. Solid understanding of graphic design principles, with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail. Good communication and presentation skills. Nice-to-have / Advanced skills: Team player with good communication skills. Proactive, open-minded, and eager to learn and grow. Strong time management and accountability in meeting deadlines. English communication skills are a plus.
