Job Overview
As a Motion & Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating and editing high-quality visuals for our clients across various digital platforms. You will work with the entire Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), and stay on top of the latest editing tools and trends.
Responsibilities
Edit photos and videos for social media and digital platforms.Design branding kits, logos, illustrations, moodboards, flyers, and animations for clients.Create static and video ads for Meta, Google, Shopee, YouTube, and other digital platforms.Edit Reels, TikToks, and social videos, adding appropriate music, fonts, effects, and subtitles.Design and develop creative assets for websites and other digital platforms.Quickly adapt to different brand aesthetics and project requirements.Conceptualize visuals based on client requirements, while staying aligned with their brand guidelines.Collaborate with the team to revise designs based on feedback and deliver creative, high-quality content.Research industry best practices and propose ideas to improve visual concepts.Work efficiently under tight deadlines, respecting your team’s timeline and workload.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.Mastery of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).Strong graphic design skills for creating static ads, branding, illustrations, and layouts.Expertise in video editing and motion graphics—Reels, TikToks, animations, GIFs, sound effects.Strong aesthetic sense, with an ability to match brand look/feel and music choices.Attention to detail—pixel-perfect execution and consistency across platforms.Adaptability and speed in handling quick turnarounds without compromising quality.Excellent communication and collaboration skills—works well within a team and meets deadlines.
