Ceros/Interactive Responsibilities

Will work under the guidance of the Art Directors, working only on interactive on the platform CEROS. Develop concepts and designs while keeping in mind the strategic business goals of the project, as well as accessibility compliance. Design according to specific brand guidelines. Collaborate with other team members. Multi-task, prioritize, problem solve, and work independently. Work on multiple projects with constantly changing deadlines. Image searching, retouching, and manipulation. Passion for design. Self-starter capable of delivering creative ideas. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Collaborative. Responsible. Conscientious. Shows extraordinary attention to detail.

Motion Responsibilities

Strong foundation in design principles like color theory, typography, and layout. Take an initial concept to the next level with motion graphics and animations, including 2D and 3D animations. History of telling compelling stories through unique creative assets and visual interactions. Image searching, retouching, and manipulation. Design according to specific brand guidelines. Develop concepts and designs while keeping in mind the strategic business goals of the project, as well as accessibility compliance. Organize and maintain files, including following best practices for version control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files. Work in close collaboration with stakeholders, designers, and marketing managers throughout all phases of project development.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate s Degree, B.A/B.F.A., or equivalent experience preferred. Proficient in Creative Cloud (i.e., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), CEROS, Wireframing, interactive builds, UI/UX, and HTML/CSS. Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital design. An exceptional online portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions.
