Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling animations, video graphics, and multimedia content that elevate our brand and engage our audiences across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is skilled in storytelling through motion and has a strong sense of design, timing, and composition.
Key Responsibilities
Design and animate motion graphics for videos, presentations, advertisements, and social media content. Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to translate creative concepts into high-impact visuals. Edit and enhance video footage with animated graphics and visual effects. Create templates and style guides to maintain brand consistency across motion assets. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Stay up-to-date with design trends, animation techniques, and emerging software/tools. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high design standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. 2+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop). Knowledge of 2D/3D animation, video editing, and visual storytelling. Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics work. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Familiarity with sound design, typography in motion, and color grading is a plus.
