Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with exceptional skills in video production and editing, specializing in creative eye-catching ads for platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels. This role is perfect for a designer who understands trends, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to captivate audiences with compelling video content.

Key Responsibilities

β€” Video Creation: Conceptualize, design and produce short-form video ads and reels tailored to TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook audiences.

β€” Design Work: Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual elements that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Develop visual concepts based on client requirements and project objectives. Create illustrations, logos, layouts, and other visual elements using design software. Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.

β€” Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging creative techniques to ensure content is relevant and engaging.

β€” Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, social media, and content teams to develop creative ideas and campaigns. Present design concepts to stakeholders and make revisions based on feedback.

β€” Performance Optimization: Adapt designs based on feedback, analytics, and platform-specific performance insights.

β€” Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of creative assets, templates, and design files for future use.

β€” Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all digital and print media. Develop templates for recurring graphic design projects, streamlining the creation process.

β€” Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards. Stay updated with industry trends and competitive designs to produce relevant, innovative work. Organize and maintain a library of design assets for future use.

β€” Technical Execution: Use software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools. Optimize graphics for different platforms (web, social media, print). Prepare files for print production, ensuring color, resolution, and size meet printer specifications.

Qualifications

β€” Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).

β€” Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing video ads and social media content.

β€” Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).

β€” Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.

β€” Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, and their content requirements.

β€” Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

β€” Excellent attention to detail and a knack for storytelling through visuals.

β€” Creativity and Innovation: Strong aesthetic sense and ability to produce original ideas.

β€” Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

β€” Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality and accurate design output.

β€” Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required Skills

Experience with influencer marketing and video production.

Knowledge of 3D design and animation tools is a plus.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance metrics.

Motion Graphics: Skills in animation and video editing software like After Effects or Premiere Pro.

Should able to make 5 posters, 3 short reels (20 sec) Per week
