Internship Role Overview:

This is an exciting internship opportunity for an aspiring Motion Graphic Designer eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment. Based in Marrakesh with hybrid flexibility, you will support our creative team, learning the ropes of motion design, video production, and graphic creation within the PR and digital communication field. This role offers valuable exposure to real-world projects under the guidance of experienced professionals, helping you build your portfolio and skills.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities:

Visual Effects & Animation Support:
Assist in designing and creating impactful animations to visualize key data.
Support the creation and integration of engaging animated text overlays for video content.
Contribute to the development of animations illustrating brand moments and narratives.
Assist in staging creative scenes using motion graphics techniques.

Dashboard & Data Visualization Assistance:

Support the animation of elements within Shopify, Meta, and other dashboards, helping create smooth “before/after” transitions.
Help visualize performance evolution using dynamic effects under supervision.
Assist with animating cost dashboards and financial data to clearly showcase trends.

Creative Transitions & Interaction Design Support:

Support the development of smooth scrolling animations and transitions for web interactions.
Assist in animating interactive elements like buttons in unique ways.

UI/UX Motion & Multilingual Content Assistance:

Support the animation of UI/UX concepts based on Figma or other design files.
Assist with animating call-to-action buttons, including multilingual versions.

Collaboration & Learning:

Work closely with the creative and communication teams to learn and contribute to projects, ensuring motion graphics align with strategy.
Collaborate with sound designers under guidance to understand how audio enhances visual impact.
Actively participate in learning opportunities and skill development sessions.

Production Support:

Support various motion graphics aspects of video production.
Assist in preparing and optimizing graphics for different digital platforms.

Required Qualifications:

Strong interest and foundational skills in Motion Design, Motion Graphics, and Graphic Design, demonstrated through coursework or personal projects.
Basic understanding or hands-on experience with Video Production concepts (editing, post-production).
Familiarity with industry-standard design and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop) and a strong desire to become proficient.
A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, timing, and visual storytelling.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, coupled with a proactive learning attitude and eagerness to receive feedback.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field.
A portfolio demonstrating academic projects, personal projects, or relevant coursework showcasing your potential in motion graphics.

Preferred Qualifications:

Interest in the Public Relations (PR) or Digital Communication industry.
Exposure to animating UI/UX elements or familiarity with Figma.
Interest in data visualization techniques.
Basic awareness of sound design principles.
Experience with or interest in creating multilingual content.
