We are looking for a passionate and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our team and create captivating visual experiences.
Role Overview
As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our creative and development teams to conceptualise, design, and animate engaging digital content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is highly creative, proficient in motion design, animation, video editing, and immersive AR/VR production, and is adept at bringing ideas to life through motion graphics and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualise and create motion graphics for storytelling content, events, and campaigns. Develop storyboards and translate ideas into visually engaging animations. Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics, typography, special effects, and 3D elements. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to craft compelling visual narratives. Assist in creating pitch decks with impactful motion graphics and visual storytelling. Produce storyboards that lead to high-quality video production. Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into interactive experiences. Stay updated on the latest motion design trends, tools, and emerging digital techniques. Guide and mentor junior designers to elevate the team’s creative output. Experiment with new technologies to enhance skillsets and creative proposals. May be required to travel overseas for project deployments.
Requirements & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, and animation. Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, character animation, infographics, and visual effects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, immersive AR/VR production, UX/UI is a plus. Familiarity with 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya is a bonus. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition. Strong animation skills with an eye for detail and smooth motion transitions. Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a positive and proactive attitude. This role requires working in the office on-site.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field. Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
Software Proficiency
Essential: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator. Bonus: Blender, Maya, Unity, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Figma, Adobe XD.
