Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphics Artist with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work, a solid understanding of animation principles, and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling animations for digital media, marketing campaigns, product explainers, and social content.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and animate motion graphics for video content, promotional materials, and branded assets.• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and video editors to bring ideas to life.• Create storyboards, style frames, and animation concepts.• Integrate motion graphics into live-action footage or UI mockups when needed.• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and animation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Motion Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.• Experience with 2D animation, typography animation, and basic visual effects.• Working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D tools (a plus).• Understanding of sound design and its integration with visuals.• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling skills.• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a creative agency or fast-paced production environment.• Knowledge of video production and editing workflows.• Familiarity with UI animation or motion design for apps/web (a bonus).
