Role Summary
Rubix Consulting is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer / Video Editor to join our creative team in Beirut. This person will work collaboratively with the Creative Director and designers to create visually engaging, high-quality video content for digital, social, and event-based communications.Reporting to the Creative Director, this role involves transforming raw footage, static designs, and creative ideas into compelling motion visuals that enhance storytelling and brand impact. Key Responsibilities
Create motion graphics, animations, and video content for various platformsEdit and assemble raw footage into polished, compelling video narrativesIncorporate sound design, transitions, and effects to enhance storytellingCollaborate on ideation, scripting, and storyboarding processesUphold high standards of quality while aligning with Rubix Consulting’s brand guidelinesManage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectivelyContribute to shoots and photography as neededStay current with trends in motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling
Minimum Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Media Production, or a related field5+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or multimedia productionProficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related toolsStrong visual storytelling and design sensibilityExcellent time management and attention to detailStrong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a similar roleExperience with professional lighting, photography, and video equipmentAbility to write or edit video scriptsFamiliarity with branding and how to adapt brand systems into motionConfidence in presenting creative ideas and storyboards to stakeholders
