Motion Graphics Specialist
Location: Jordan, Amman

Reports to: Art Director/Creative Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Specialist to join our dynamic creative team. This individual will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating compelling motion graphics for various content across digital platforms, campaigns, and brand materials. Your work will bring our brands and clients’ messages to life with creativity, innovation, and strategic storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
· Conceptualize, storyboard, and create high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics for video, web, social media, presentations, and advertising.
· Develop visually engaging videos, including animated explainers, product demos, logo animations, animated ads, and social media assets.
· Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, and marketing teams to translate creative briefs into motion assets.
· Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
· Edit and optimize motion graphics for various platforms (social media, websites, YouTube ads, etc.).
· Create and maintain a library of templates and motion assets to increase efficiency.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in a professional setting (agency experience preferred).
· Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator. (Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is a plus.)
· Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition.
· Understanding of video production principles, including frame rates, aspect ratios, and compression standards.
· Ability to work from a creative brief and develop unique motion concepts independently.
· Strong storytelling skills through visual motion.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with 3D animation, character animation, or visual effects (VFX) is a plus.
· Familiarity with audio syncing and basic sound editing.
· Illustration and hand-drawing capabilities are a plus.
