Job Description

I’m looking for a skilled painter or illustrator to help bring a movie poster to life. I’ve already created a 3D render that locks in the exact composition and framing, and now I’m looking for someone to reinterpret it in a painted style — something that feels like a classic, hand-painted movie poster, similar to the Jaws artwork.

Requirements

You won’t need to worry about adding any text, titles, or logos — I’ll be handling all of that later. I just need the painting itself. It’s really important that the framing and composition stay the same as in the mockup since there’s text that will be positioned around the image.

What I’m Looking For

– A strong painting style (digital or traditional)
– Someone who can bring out details in lighting, environment, and characters through brushwork and color
– A good sense of visual storytelling and mood
– Experience working from reference images or mockups to create polished artwork
– Ability to deliver a high-quality image suitable for large-scale printing

What I’ll Provide

– A 3D render mockup with finalized framing and composition
– Style and tone references for the painting
– Clear, timely feedback and direction
