Job Title: Senior 3D Artist

Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior 3D Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering. You will work closely with designers, animators, and project managers to create high-quality 3D assets for various projects.
Key Responsibilities
Create and optimize 3D models for our products, ads, pages and website, ensuring high levels of detail and realism. Collaborate with the art team to develop and maintain visual style and quality while generating 3D concepts. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creating new 3D creative concepts for ads. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior artists. Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements. Manage multiple 3D projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field. Strong proficiency in 3D software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max). Experience with texturing and shading tools (e.g., Substance Painter, Photoshop). Solid understanding of lighting, composition, and rendering techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
